Originally from San Francisco, Alisha Wessler graduated with a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2006. She currently lives and works in Portland, Oregon where she exhibits in a wide variety of galleries and public spaces.
Best known for her pen and ink drawings on wood, her designs have been implemented by Adidas Apparel and for a large banner at the 2007 Lollapalooza Festival in Chicago.
Wessler's installations have been featured in San Francisco for the most recent City-Space project, in Chicago at G2, and in Portland at the Core Gallery and Cannibals.
